Uploaded to YouTube on April 25, this cute and impressive Lego recreation was made by YouTuber Lego Crow and they claim it’s their “biggest project yet! ” And I believe them, as this video features practically every moment and detail from the original housebuilding scene from RDR 2. If there's a single biggest Swift era, it's arguably 1989, the singer's first foray into pop music superstardom. Sure, Swift was already a powerhouse, but this stadium tour—and her infamous girl squad, DJ boyfriend, and Harry Styles Easter eggs—made Swift the name on everyone's lips. Represented by the bathroom in the Lover House, the turquoise tile and blue walls are only a backdrop to the giant fishbowl located in the center of the space.

Taylor Swift “Lover House” by 19-year-old LEGO Ideas user AndrewC456 is the latest project to join the second 2023 LEGO Ideas review. Another project based on the same house from Taylor Swift’s 2019 music video for her song Lover was a part of the first 2023 review as well. This is actually the third project depicting the video to reach the 10K supporters milestone.

Taylor Swift’s Lover House by donnydings is the latest project to achieve 10,000 supporters on LEGO Ideas. The 2,763 piece project is the second “Lover House” project in the current review phase. This time, a minifgure scale modular build of the house from the music video.

The lower level of the house, the living room, follows an open plan that leads out to the patio and swimming pool. It’s outside near the pool that one begins to understand the spatial organization of the overlapping planes and the pilotis that support the cantilevering volumes. The house consists of a series of overlapping planes that do not stick to Wright’s proportionality; rather they are a hybrid of Wright’s planar devices combined with Le Corbusier’s stark, streamlined aesthetic. The Lovell House was designed for the active, health conscious Lovell family in the hills of Los Angeles. The house is an early example of the International Style in the United States that evokes principles that were developed by Le Corbusier and Frank Lloyd Wright.
